It is our hope that by working and living on the homestead.

We can produce as many of our needs as possible.

We can provide the highest quality produce and meats found anywhere for our family.

We can set an example to our family and others that Homesteading is a viable living. A place families can be raised with the love, integrity and hard work that has become uncommon in our world today. 

We can believe that the reward of hard work should be well-being rather than money or material things.

We can teach our children and others to respect and care for the land by teaching them sound farming practices.

We can teach and encourage others that have a genuine interest in Homesteading to step out and try.

Luke 12:15 And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.

In a moment of weakness, remind yourself that the more you keep, the more you waste of your precious time. Since you could be spending it enjoying life and its many blessings. You will be doomed to be imprisoned by your clutter and shackled to having to care for all the stuff you own, if you try to keep too much.
